Welcome to Sprat Dorre Photography. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.spratdorre.center (the "Website") and the photography services ("Services") offered by Sprat Dorre Photography ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website or use our Services.
All content on our Website, including but not limited to photographs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sprat Dorre Photography and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

All photography service bookings are subject to our availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit payment.
Our service fees are as listed on our Website or as quoted in writing. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled photography session.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session date will forfeit the deposit but have no additional charges. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled session date will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
Rescheduling requests are subject to our availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original session date. A rescheduling fee may apply.
We strive to deliver all final edited photographs within 4 weeks of the photography session. Delivery times for wedding photography may extend to 8 weeks during peak seasons. All photographs will be delivered in digital format via a secure online gallery unless otherwise specified in your contract.
Sprat Dorre Photography retains the copyright to all photographs taken during your session. When you purchase our services, you receive a license to use the photographs for personal use, but not for commercial purposes unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use photographs containing your likeness for promotional purposes, including our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. If you wish to restrict this usage, you must notify us in writing before your photography session.
In no event shall Sprat Dorre Photography be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Website or Services.
While we take the utmost care with all photographs, we cannot guarantee against unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or technical failures. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, our liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sprat Dorre Photography, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of our Website or Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
